At MomspetiCorner, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all accessories and documentation provided with the product

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products that have been opened or used
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
